STAR WORDS
As we begin this year, we do so with a word to guide us, like the star did for the magi. They didn’t know where it would lead or what they would find, but the star helped them be open to God’s guidance and ready to encounter God however God might appear. There is nothing magic about your star word, it’s just a way to watch for what God is doing in our lives and in the world, to focus our attention. It could be any word, but for you, this year, it is this word. How might God lead you? Where will God appear and invite you to participate?
