Worship
In Worship we come to encounter God in scripture, our own lives, and the world around us.
We believe wherever we each are on our journeys, when we come together in worship, God meets us.
In worship we come to encounter God in Scripture, our own lives, and the world around us.
We are strengthened and nourished in Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to participate with God in loving and healing the world.
Worship involves our whole selves and all our senses – so our worship is expressed through song and silence, prayer and preaching, art and conversation, music and the participation of young and old. All our gifts, questions, doubts and joys, foibles and fears are welcomed in the presence of God.
We gather for worship...
1st & 3rd Weekends: Sundays at 10:00 am, in-person and via zoom
2nd & 4th Weekends: Saturdays at 5 pm
5th Weekends: varying times/places

Our worship looks like...
- On 1st & 3rd weekends we worship on Sunday morning in a communal service that usually involves adult and/or kids' choirs, hymns with piano and/or organ, a sermon, group prayer, and communion.
- On 2nd & 4th weekends the same text and message of the week is encountered in a more personal and contemplative way, through a Saturday Evening Prayer Service with interactive contemplative prayer stations, silence, music, and space for individual reflection.
- Whenever there is a 5th weekend, we worship in ways that connect us deeper with one another. Lately it's been Waffle Worship, with prayer, stories and conversation. Sometimes we're off site. Plans are set one month out.

“We do not gather ourselves in worship; God invites us in. We are brought by the Holy Spirit into a worship already taking place in the life of God. This is where we learn to be guests and hosts in God’s Kingdom.”- Elizabeth Newman,“Untamed Hospitality”
