We worship at 7 pm. Check out our plans for Lent on the LENT page - and pick up the Lenten Book Read! ![]() Super Bowl Sunday is the third largest food consumption day of the year in the US. Every year, on Super Bowl Sunday, kids in thousands of faith communities collect money (typically in worship, with soup pots) for local food shelves and soup kitchens. This now brings in over 4 million a year to local organizations fighting hunger. In the past few years, this movement has expanded to include a huge volunteering component called "Tackle Hunger." Since we do not gather on Super Bowl Sunday this year, you are invited to donate online directly to Simpson Food Pantry. And if you'd like to volunteer, check out the "tackle hunger" map! The state is offering free covid tests again, and so is the CDC. Also, in MN you can be seen by telehealth and get meds for free (with copay). |
